methods. The emphasis of this class
centers on training for athleticism and is appropriate for all sports. This class is approved and designed by Mount

cardiovascular/strength class is a challenging, self-paced workout guided and uses the

TURBO KICK: Turbo Kick mixes kickboxing and simple dance moves with
music that makes you want to move it! You’ll Love having fun and losing weight. It
won’t even seem like you’re working out. Workout consists of a sport specific warm-up,
higher paced intervals, easy to follow combinations, kickboxing specific
strength/endurance training and a mind/body like cool-down designed to maximize weight
loss! Turbo Kick burns between 500 and 1000 calories per hour! You choose!
