Healthy Start

Help your child start his/her healthy lifestyle today. Healthy Start at Ridge Fitness is a one week program that will teach your child the basics of anatomy, exercise and safety in the weight room. After your child has completed this program he/she will be able to workout with you on the machines that they have been taught in the class. Whether your child is an athlete or not, a head start on the benefits of resistance training and healthy living will benefit them for the rest of their lives.

Includes:
Four hours of class instruction
Healthy Start resource booklet with pictures and information
Workout card to track progress
One month free membership for student

Functional Fitness Camp

This popular class is moving to mornings for the summer! Starting June 20th.

Taught by Youth Fitness Trainers Tammy & Sean, this kids workout class will combine nutrition and education that brings fitness to a fun and exciting level.

Tues / Thurs 4:00 - 5:00 pm

Ages 8-14 yrs

Price: $5 per drop in 

Guests of members are welcome for any youth class.



Serious Speed

Ridge Fitness has partnered with Mt. Si High School Strength Coach and owner of Peak Sports & Spine Physical Therapy, John Zanas to create Serious Speed! These one hour classes are modeled after the Speed Camps that Coach Zanas runs for Mt Si HS athletes. Youth Athletes can develop Straight Ahead Speed, Lateral Speed & Agility, Core Strength and Dynamic Flexibility all while sweating and having fun! Non-Members welcome! 

Ages: 8-14

Youth Group Exercise Classes

Youth Group Exercise Classes! We invite Kids to come to group exercise classes with parents! Fitness should be a family event and at Ridge Fitness we encourage families to workout together.
