Healthy Start

Help your child start his/her healthy lifestyle today. Healthy Start at Ridge Fitness is a one week program that will teach your child the basics of anatomy, exercise and safety in the weight room. After your child has completed this program he/she will be able to workout with you on the machines that they have been taught in the class. Whether your child is an athlete or not, a head start on the benefits of resistance training and healthy living will benefit them for the rest of their lives.

Includes:
Four hours of class instruction
Healthy Start resource booklet with pictures and information
Workout card to track progress
One month free membership for student

Kelly's Kid Cardio

Kelly’s Kid Cardio is an exhilarating GIRLS ONLY program consisting of 45-minute classes (1x week) where participants will learn the basic moves of an aerobic class.  We will jump, bounce and grapevine to today's top hits (all  radio clean versions) as well as incorporate basic core strengthening exercises along with a warm up and cool down!  No weight training involved. Serious Speed

Ridge Fitness has partnered with Mt. Si High School Strength Coach and owner of Peak Sports & Spine Physical Therapy, John Zanas to create Serious Speed! These one hour classes are modeled after the Speed Camps that Coach Zanas runs for Mt Si HS athletes. Youth Athletes can develop Straight Ahead Speed, Lateral Speed & Agility, Core Strength and Dynamic Flexibility all while sweating and having fun! Non-Members welcome! Youthful Yoga

Youthful Yoga is the perfect way to unwind and relieve stress from a long week of school and sports. Get ready for a fun and relaxing weekend by going through a series of basic yoga poses that increase strength, flexibility, mental focus & the mind body connection. Non-Members welcome!
