Personal Training
Personal training at Ridge Fitness is exactly that… its personal. All of our fitness
staff is passionate about helping you set and reach goals with individualized workouts
based on your bodies physiological needs and your minds behavioral challenges. Half an
hour and hour long sessions are available and our trainers will work with your schedule.
Fitness Assessment
This hour long service includes a variety of fitness tests including body composition &
circumference measurements as well as individualized goal setting and basic fitness and
nutritional information tailored specifically to your bodies needs.
Private Pilates & Yoga
If you are looking to increase your Mind-Body connection or expand your knowledge of
these forms of exercise, sign up for a private session with your favorite instructor.
