I have passionately worked in the fitness industry for over 9 years. After moving here
from Maui I earned my BS in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology from the
University of Puget Sound. I am a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through
the NSCA and I love working with youth athletes. I also enjoy the rehabilitation
challenges of helping people live and move pain free. My background in psychology &
behavior change helps me inspire others to live healthy lifestyles.
I am a Snoqualmie Valley native and graduated from Mt Si High School. I went on to play
soccer at Bellevue Community College and then to California State University, Chico and
received my B.S. in Recreation Administration. I believe in challenging multiple muscle
groups during exercise and helping people achieve maximum performance through balance,
strength, & agility circuits. If you are looking for intensity, direction, and someone
who can help you reach your goals, I’m your guy!
I have been a personal trainer for over eight years, working and managing at various
clubs. I became a personal trainer because of my love for fitness and my passion to help
others achieve their goals. I am a nationally certified personal trainer by
organizations including A.C.E. / A.F.A.A. / N.A.S.M. It has been the experience of my
clients, past and present that has made me the personal trainer I am today. Best of luck
to you in your fitness endeavors
I am a Northwest native and fully embrace exercise as a lifestyle choice. I have taught
group exercise classes for over 5 years and thoroughly enjoy strength based programs. I
hold ACE certifications for Group Exercise and Personal Training as well as a Bachelor
of Arts degree from CWU. I specialize in inspiring women to challenge themselves with
resistance training. I have always made exercise a part of my life and enjoy empowering
others to do the same.
If you are looking for intensity… you found it! I love educating people about exercise
and learning new ways to challenge yourself in order to take your fitness to the next
level. I have trained the last 3 years with the West Coast Fight Team and have studied
Muay Thai Kickboxing, under Travis Dorge and Boxing & Wrestling under UFC fighter Reese
Andy. I have a passion for working with others and helping people achieve their fitness
goals!
I am a Seattle area native with a passion for sports, exercise and the outdoors. I have
been teaching as a physical educator for six year after finishing my Master of Science
in Sports and Exercise Leadership from Seattle Pacific University. Education &
instruction has been a life long passion. I believe health and fitness should be a
long-term lifestyle decision that affects every aspect of your life for the better.
Working hard here, helps you to excel out there.
I grew up in Snoqualmie Valley and have played both football & baseball my entire life.
I played and trained at the collegiate level, which served as preparation for my current
position as the Head Coach for Mt. Si High School’s Baseball team. I am currently in the
process of finishing my Teacher’s Certification at UW. I have always had a passion for
staying in shape and helping people to reach their full athletic potential. I love
working with people and seeing them achieve success.
Hi my name is Denise Romary. I recently relocated to Western Washington form Walla
Walla. I have been involved in the health and fitness industry for over 25 years. I have
dedicated most of my adult life to caring for the health and fitness of others.Your
picture of health: you must workout hard, be consistent, keep things interesting, but
most of all make it fun... be an active part of your own workout. Use all the resources
that are available to you including a trainer. I have a two year degree in Fitness
Management (FMT) from Spokane Falls Community College and I am also ACE certified. I am
a competitive bodybuilder and a expert in weight management
Exercise
was a life changer for Tammy. As a teenager and young adult she had bad eating habits
and was inactive. In 2004, a friend introduced her to a personal trainer and somewhere
along the line exercise became a passion, something she loved to do and it became a
daily activity. She was so energized by her weight loss and lifestyle change that she
wanted to help others to reach their goals. Tammy recently graduated from Lake
Washington Technical College with her A.A.S. in Fitness, and is now looking forward to
helping others see how beneficial exercise is and that it can be something they enjoy,
not a chore. Tammy’s enthusiasm and consideration for her clients’ health and overall
wellness make her a caring and motivating coach to assist you in reaching all your goals
